Ready to get creative and light up your home—literally? In this fun and hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make your very own 20cm drum lampshade using freehand machine embroidery. Whether you create your own design or use one of my samples as a guide, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind lampshade —perfect for a table lamp or ceiling fitting!
This is the ideal workshop for anyone who’s done a bit of freehand machine embroidery before and wants to try something new. If you’re a total beginner, check out our friendly Beginner’s Workshop first to get you stitching with confidence.
All materials are included, and you can either bring your own sewing machine or use one of mine.
Expect a relaxed day full of creativity, and that amazing “I made this!” feeling. Come and make something bright, bold, and totally bespoke!

If you’re unable to attend the workshop and it’s more than 21 days in advance, I can offer a full refund or you can transfer to another workshop at the same venue free of charge. If you’re cancelling within 21 days of your workshop I’m afraid I’m unable to offer a refund unless I can fill your space. If your space is filled a full refund will be made or you may transfer to a future workshop. If insufficient places are filled and I need to cancel the workshop I will either return your payment or offer an alternative date.
